Refund Policy

Monthly Subscription Fee: Once an account has been canceled, the owner will not be charged again, but will be responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account settings.

Transaction Fees: Transaction fees are non-refundable. Accounts will be charged such transaction fees for completed purchases (calculated as a percentage of total order before tax and shipping) according to account level. Any purchases made through one of our stores will be charged, regardless of subscription status.
