Delivery Policy

Infused Industries services are delivered electronically as a web-based subscription. Services are provided in monthly intervals and can be canceled at anytime. There is no guaranteed uptime for our services, however, we do strive to continue our 99.9% uptime that we have experienced so far. In the event of extended downtime (downtime exceeding 48 hours within a billing month), Infused Industries will prorate the service for that month.
