Michael Bender

President

Michael received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University. He spent four years at a software company which serves Fortune 1000 companies. He quickly became a direct report to the President of the company and responsible for a $500K business unit. He left his position in 2009 to help start Infused Industries.

Brian Cary

Lead Developer

Brian Cary is an award-winning web application developer who has been designing and developing software professionally for over 10 years. He holds a BA degree in Software & Information Systems from UNC Charlotte and enjoys traveling, photography, and building technology products.

Arthur Tew

Business Development

Arthur Tew comes to Infused Industries after several successful startup ventures. His most recent projects include: Corinthian Ophthalmic, Inc., an ophthalmic drug delivery device company; and Zug Pharmaceutic, Inc., a smoking cessation company. He has played an integral role in corporate formation, product development, and raising angel investment. He received his Masters of Business and Administration from Appalachian State University and a Masters of Stage Engineering and Management from Boston University.

Jesse Eversole

Agency Partnerships

Jesse has been in the marketing and agency business for over a decade. He brings marketing technology and agency partnership experience to the team. He has founded technology companies in the past and has worked in C level positions at Communifx and MadTek. He holds a degree in Math and Chemistry from Morehead State University and a Masters in Information and Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Bob Butler

Advisor

Over the past 20 years, Bob Butler has been a C-level executive in tech from startups to global companies. He supports business strategy, management, product planning, marketing, and venture and mergers & acquisitions funding strategies. He is currently engaged in two startups: BestThinking.com, a content publishing platform for major media and ReallyWho.com, an identity verification service for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WordPress, and more. Previously he was a COO/GM for LexisNexis, maintainer of hundreds of website and software products and services. He also was on the due diligence and acquisition strategy teams for many of LexisNexis’ most important tech acquisitions. Bob was the CEO and founder of Time Matters Software, the most widely used information management system in the U.S. legal market, which was acquired by LexisNexis in 2004. Bob has unique experience on both the selling and buying side of tech ventures.

Chuck Tew

Advisor

Chuck Tew has over 30 years of public accounting experience, all of it with Dixon Hughes PLLC. During his career, he has shared his extensive experience with publicly held companies, privately held businesses and their owners. Chuck has served as Managing Member of the firm’s Eastern Carolinas Business Unit, and has served multiple terms on the firm’s executive committee. Chuck has served for more than 20 years as one of the firm’s SEC members, and he previously served as Member-in-Charge of the firm’s Financial Institution Services Group, where he oversaw delivery of an array of services to community-based banks and bank holding companies. Chuck’s client experience has included working with many of North Carolina’s de novo banks formed during the last 15 years and assisting them in their growth to become some of North Carolina’s larger banks today. Chuck retired from Dixon Hughes on May 31 of 2010.

Robert Bender

Rob has years of experience in developing strategic alliances and equity partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, management consulting, and product development. He served as Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Primedia Inc., (NYSE:PRM) where he was responsible for managing corporate development activities for a $350 million business unit. Prior to Primedia, Rob served as a Manager at Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group focusing on strategic and tactical redesign of operations at client organizations. He also spent five years at W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc., where he directed a team responsible for managing the technical development and market launch of new product. Mr. Bender is currently Axioma’s Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, responsible for operations and finance. He joined Axioma in November 2000. Mr. Bender holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from North Carolina State University.
